Working and residential Cooperative
Roure Vermell is a non-profit working and residential cooperative located in the province of Girona. Our community is engaged in an ecological and social transition, based on a holistic vision of life inspired by ancestral wisdom.
Through our activities in agriculture, food processing and eco-construction, our aim is to collaborate with different collectives and individuals, seeing how the resources and potential of each can be coordinated.
The objective of this project is to support a re-alignment with nature at the global level, by fostering the emergence of a network of autonomous, interrelated social cells – predominantly self-sufficient, rural communities – through a system of cooperatives.
